Reason for ban: harassment

Appeal: hello i know that i provoked and cusses at another player and i accept full responability and consequences over the matter however it would appear that the player who filed the complaint did not mention that he had been stalking and killing us every time we tried to leave the spawn area and as i heard him a
quote " i can kill you, i've got nothing better to do anyway" does this sound like someone who was harassed? no he was the one who provoked us and by my fault i took his bait and i snapped back. i would really like to rejoin the sever as i feel that the server is just awesome!
